Lead Production 12-hour continental rotation

The Production Lead is responsible for performing functions that are proactive and support the production department and Supervisory team. The scope of their responsibility is to ensure that commitments to customers relating to quality, service and delivery are met within the context of, and consistent with, the overall production plan. This “hands on” role requires effective deployment of resources and continued support to achieve production results. The Production Lead will assist in the development, implementation and supervision of Lean manufacturing principles.
