Primary responsibilities include:
• Assist with planning and executing marketing and customer experience initiatives.
• Work with Corporate Communications and/or external agency to create customer friendly content and tools, both print and digital.
• Document and analyze current state customer experience, identify gaps, and develop future state strategy recommendations.
• Coordinate input from cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple projects, including basic project management responsibilities
Education and Experience:
• At least 3 years of Marketing Experience is required
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a related field
• Strong writing and communications skills are required
• An Intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Project Management
