Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.
Our employees work in our offices Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Intern position offers an opportunity to work in a challenging, supportive, and team-oriented environment. We invest in the development of our junior bankers through proactive on-the-job training combined with global training programs. By combining a high degree of client and senior banker exposure with a robust deal flow you will quickly develop into a critical anchor in our deal team. Our globally integrated organization provides the opportunity to work on cross-border engagements with international clients and deal teams, giving you an unmatched global perspective.
Qualifications:
To succeed as an Intern, we believe that you have:
▪ A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in financial markets
▪ Excellent analytical skills; creativity combined with a critical mind and attention to detail
▪ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
▪ Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
▪ Strong drive and an ability to work independently with an ample capacity for work
▪ A team player attitude; relationship building personality
▪ Fluency in English and one Nordic language
