Join our Behavioral Crisis Center—a 24/7 rapid-access alternative to the Emergency Department for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises.
This is a unique nursing role focused on assessment and clinical decision-making, not heavy physical care. Ideal for nurses seeking additional income, flexibility, or a break from hospital-based care.
💵 Pay & Premium Shift Earnings
Base Pay:
- LPN: $22.15 – $25.63 per hour
- RN: $27.04 – $33.05 per hour
PLUS Shift Differentials:
- Saturday Day Shift (7a–7p): +$2.50/hour
- Saturday Overnight Shift (7p–7a): +$5.00/hour
💡 Overnight shifts include both weekend and overnight differentials combined
💰 What You Can Earn Per Shift:
- RN Overnight (12 hours): up to ~$450+ per shift
- LPN Overnight (12 hours): up to ~$365+ per shift

- Every other Saturday
- OR every Saturday for higher earning potential
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Conduct client assessments and gather medical/medication history
- Monitor vitals and overall client health status
- Support treatment decisions alongside physicians and clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Monitor medication administration records (MARs)
- Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and staff
✅ Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Interest in behavioral health or crisis care
