Intern (Hollybush Gardens)

WinnCompanies is searching for Interns to join our team at Hollybush Gardens, a 252-unit residential community located in Glassboro, NJ. This is a great opportunity to learn career skills, money management, while gaining professional experience and building your resume. You will be exposed to maintenance, construction, finance, property management, and resident services. The pay for this role is $17.92 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 2:00PM. Please note that this is a temporary, part-time position, which is not eligible for Winn benefits and will work 24 hours per week. Additionally, the selected candidates must be residents of Hollybush Gardens. Responsibilities: Perform administrative duties in support of the department. Assist the staff with general in/out office duties. Assist in special projects. Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks. Provide support in functional areas of the department. Rotate through divisions of responsibility. Requirements: Current resident of Hollybush Gardens. Currently enrolled in high school or college program. Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. Interest in property management. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities. Willingness to learn new concepts and software.
