- Providing investment advisory services and advice customer in all aspects of customer services by telephone or E mail
- Acquire new customers to open mutual fund account through digital channels and recommend buying, redemption, and switching of investment units through digital channels
- Investment recommendations by analysing customer risk level and Portfolio
- Update economic, fund insights and market trends to customers
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mutual fund business preferred.
- Excellent consultative skill, and problem-solving skill
- IC License is required
- Good command in English
