Job Description

  • Providing investment advisory services and advice customer in all aspects of customer services by telephone or E mail
  • Acquire new customers to open mutual fund account through digital channels and recommend buying, redemption, and switching of investment units through digital channels
  • Investment recommendations by analysing customer risk level and Portfolio
  • Update economic, fund insights and market trends to customers

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in mutual fund business preferred.
  • Excellent consultative skill, and problem-solving skill
  • IC License is required
  • Good command in English
