Salary and Benefits:

Compensation: In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary: The Strategic Quality & Impact Analyst plays a key role in implementing the agency-wide Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Plan to strengthen program quality, management, and operational performance through stakeholder engagement and data collection and analysis. This position advances the organization’s ability to measure, evaluate, and improve program outcomes and overall impact by leading enterprise-wide impact measurement strategies, developing systems to assess program effectiveness, and identifying strengths and opportunities to support best practices.
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM; Friday 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Every other Friday off!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, interpretation and review of program and administrative performance data to inform organizational strategy, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Provide support in agency accreditation efforts through the Council on Accreditation, including the development of task plans, gathering documentation, preparing for the accreditation site visit, and maintaining CQI practices aligned with standards ongoing.
- Own and oversee agency-wide impact measurement systems, including data management and policy tracking platforms
- Direct the agency-wide stakeholder feedback and survey strategy, overseeing the design, administration, analysis, and dissemination of findings; facilitate engagement across key stakeholder groups, including employees, program participants, and governing body members, ensuring insights are translated into actionable recommendations and progress on improvement initiatives is monitored
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership by facilitating data-informed discussions on program effectiveness and organizational outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to staff on evaluation methods, data interpretation, and performance-driven decision-making
- Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities across programs and populations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Data Science or a related field required
- A minimum of five years' experience in program evaluation, quality improvement, impact measurement, or related field preferably within social services or non-profit settings
