Job Description

Overview Decision Intelligence aims to identify risks and provide action recommendations to resolve them, in order to support and eventually automate human decision-making. As a Manager in the Decision Intelligence Pod within the Digital Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in leading the creation and implementation of a product roadmap that supports our Digital Supply Chain strategy. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers as we strive to build new DI tools and skills. You will build a deep understanding of the targeted business practices and build close relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that the development team’s effort is aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for key features that will transform the routines and ways of working of several teams in the supply chain, and you will deliver a tremendous amount of impact and value to the business. Examples of projects in the Decision Intelligence Pod include tools for the optimal prioritization of inventory on quality hold, the level-loading of warehouse labor, the proper maintenance of our master data, the creation and evaluation of our short-term production plan, the mitigation of short-term service risks, and the avoidance of waste driven by code date rotation issues.

Job Description

You can expect the following responsibilities as a Manager in the Decision Intelligence Pod within the Digital Supply Chain team:

  • Establish clear project goals based on the overarching Decision Intelligence strategy and the specific desired business impact.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the digital vision aligns with their own business strategy and product requirements.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into specific tasks to be carried out by developers (data engineers, data scientists, BIEs, etc).
  • Lead the development process end-to-end, from design and discovery to deployment and change management.
  • Act as an owner in the Digital Supply Chain team, solving problems as needed to deliver value to KraftHeinz.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of business experience (supply chain experience preferred).
  • Education: undergraduate degree (engineering background preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills (technical / engineering background preferred).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to break down complex problems into achievable, incremental milestones.
  • Able to translate business asks into technical requirements.
  • Project management experience / ability to establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, business leaders, and technical developers.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
