Fitness Specialist

The Terraces at Los Altos, a HumanGood community located in Los Altos, California is hiring a Fitness Specialist Full-time to join our Wellness Team! We are looking for an accredited fitness instructor to join our organization and implement training programs for our resident. The fitness specialist is responsible for accurately assessing our residents at the start of their journey, compiling reports, and developing their fitness levels. Our Fitness Specialist actively incorporates our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.”  You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation They should be able to assist clients in reaching their goals, and have a passion and drive for health, wellness, and fitness.
