ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for sales interface with WuXi Biologics, formulate targeted sales strategies and plans, and ensure the achievement of orders and sales performance targets related to this customer
Deeply explore WuXi Biologics' core needs and provide customized docking services combined with the company's highly differentiable, high-value products and flexible solutions
Establish and maintain close cooperative relationships with senior management and key personnel of various relevant departments (purchasing, technology, R&D, etc.) of WuXi Biologics, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, solve various problems in the cooperation process, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Coordinate with internal teams to provide WuXi Biologics with full-process professional services such as technical presentations, laboratory demonstrations, product trials and after-sales support, so as to promote the landing and deepening of cooperation
Pay close attention to WuXi Biologics' business dynamics, project progress and industry layout, collect customer feedback, competitor information and industry trends, and timely synchronize them to relevant internal departments of the company to provide a basis for product optimization and strategy adjustment
Strictly comply with the company's sales process specifications, and accurately record sales activities, lead management, order follow-up, sales funnel monitoring and other information related to WuXi Biologics through Salesforce.com system
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Training & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or other related fields is preferred
At least 5 years of sales experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industries; Experience in docking and cooperating with WuXi Biologics is preferred
Proficient in cell culture, chromatography and filtration processes; familiarity with upstream and downstream biologic drug production processes is a plus
Proven record in developing sales strategies, key account management and driving sales growth
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
Excellent analytical, forecasting and management skills
Professional, high motivation to succeed, focused and resourceful in problem solving.
Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently to achieve defined goals
Ability to work well within a global, cross functional teams
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules
Proficient in MS Office, and Salesforce.com
Proficient in Mandarin and English in listening, reading, writing, and speaking
Up to 80% domestic travel and occasionally travel internationally
