Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative supports customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. This role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and coordinating activities to meet service expectations. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting efficient order fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professional communication.
- Process, modify, and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and documentation.
- Coordinate shipments and track order fulfillment in alignment with customer needs and business requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolution in system tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM or ERP platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience handling order management, billing, or shipment coordination.
- Ability to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience.
