Banking Product Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Banking Product Specialist to drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement across retail deposit, lending, and payment products, including traditional and digital products. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role improves product performance, identifies market opportunities, and leads launches and enhancements in partnership with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and Technology teams. 

This role blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership to deliver effective, compliant solutions that improve customer experience and meet business goals.
