What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in delivering quality, person-centered care to residents in both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Providing compassionate, hands-on nursing care
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
Supporting individualized care plans
Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and independence
Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records
Qualifications
Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Previous skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
