We will count on you to:

In this role, you will support Risk Management Consulting projects, working on topics such as:

• Business continuity (risk assessments)
• Crisis management (operational disruptions, response and continuity plans)
• Technology recovery
• Organizational resilience
• You will lead meetings with multiple teams (e.g., Financial Planning, among others)
• Analysis and development of strategic plans, forecasting, and follow-up
• Supporting senior consultants on projects
• Developing training sessions, diagnostics, and reports (Excel and Power BI)
• Using AI to propose solutions and deliver faster/more competitive results

What you need to have:

• New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related careers.
• Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably as an risk consulting.
• A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI and IA.
• English language fluency
