What you'll do
You'll be the go-to cloud specialist keeping our cloud and server infrastructure running smoothly and securely. Here's where you'll focus your energy:
Infrastructure Management & Operations
Build, maintain, and optimize cloud and server infrastructure that supports millions of plan members
React to infrastructure alerts and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining SLA commitments
Perform server patching and OS upgrades, ensuring systems stay secure and up-to-date
Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution—keeping business continuity top-of-mind
Support software deployment activities and help teams get new solutions into production safely
Client & Team Support
Respond to requests from administration teams, clients, and internal users with technical guidance and solutions
Manage your ticket queue strategically, balancing urgent needs with quality work
Explain complex technical concepts in ways non-technical stakeholders can understand—a real leadership skill
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create clear technical documentation that helps others understand our infrastructure and procedures
Maintain our configuration management database (CMDB) as the single source of truth for our systems
What you bring
Must-haves:
Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent education/hands-on experience
3–5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including ticketing systems
Strong proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
Solid skills in PowerShell and scripting languages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong server infrastructure management fundamentals
A genuine customer service orientation—you want to help people and teams succeed
Ability to think analytically, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated and collaborative—you work well independently and as part of a team
Quick learner who's excited about tackling new challenges
Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with deployment automation technologies
Experience with Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure platforms
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
