You will play a lead organisational role in the implementation and management of systems, processes and tools that underpin the planning, execution, management and measurement of our global AR programs.
What will your job look like?
- Budget & Subscription Management: Own the operational management of analyst subscriptions and AR program budgets in partnership with Finance and Procurement. Track spend and utilization, analyze trends, report value, and proactively identify risks or deviations from plan.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinate workflows across Analyst Relations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely renewals, approvals, purchase orders, and issue resolution.
- Event & Program Operations: Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of Analyst Relations events, including agendas, logistics, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and participant communications.
- Reporting & Activity Management: Streamline AR work processes and develop standardized templates, tools, and quarterly reports that clearly communicate activities, deliverables, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Communications & Insights Support: Support AR programs through internal and external communications, analyst coverage planning, insight packaging, campaign support, and ongoing maintenance of the analyst database.
- Business Improvement & Advisory: Contribute to business improvement initiatives, audits, and cross‑functional projects. Act as a trusted operational partner to AR leads, providing structure, insight, and execution support.
All you need is...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, project coordination, or business support roles.
- Hands-on experience with budget tracking, budget management, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with procurement processes, subscriptions, supplier coordination, purchase orders, or operational reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams.
- Project management or process improvement experience (certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, or Six Sigma are an advantage).
The following would be considered an advantage:
- Exposure to automation, AI productivity tools, Copilot, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, procurement, project management, or workflow tools (SAP, Salesforce, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience supporting events, executive briefings, subscriptions, or external stakeholder programs.
