Lead Engineer - Project Management

The Lead Engineer – Project Management will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering projects within Emerson’s FLMC Motion Control Strategic Business Unit. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with quality and governance standards, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, sound technical understanding, and effective project leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This role is based at the Emerson Innovation Center, Pune, and reports functionally to the Manager – Motion Control.
