Work Experience
Job Duties:
- Student who performs a variety of duties to support the daily operations of the Procurement Division, as well as the entire agency.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry and photocopying.
- Help with the maintenance and cleanliness of all agency vehicles.
- Ensure copiers are fully stocked with paper and necessary supplies and properly maintained for daily use.
- Assist with the upkeep of the conference rooms and the restocking of supplies.
- Ensure that supplies such as water, coffee, napkins, sugar, creamer, and other essentials are regularly replenished in all breakrooms (requires heavy lifting on a day to day bases).
- Make out-of-office trips for tasks such as mail delivery, vehicle refueling, employee transport, and other related duties.
- Update files and records as needed.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data entry.
- Assist with all divisions as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all state and agency policies and procedures.
Work Experience
- Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow established rules.
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transporting supplies.
