General Lead

With this role the job holder will be expected to support the team in their day-to-day functions. The role will ensure that production has the tools / employees it needs to run effectively and efficiently. Often review the goals and progress of reaching milestones closely. Must be comfortable with manufacturing and understand manufacturing process, scheduling, materials, and machinery.
