Litigation Services Managing Attorney

The Litigation Services Managing Attorney is an integral part of Latham’s Litigation Services team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Southern California Litigation Services teams as a whole, with a focus on providing legal and strategic guidance with respect to procedural matters, developing judge and court analytics, reviewing transcripts and prior judge precedent to identify relevant trends, contextualizing layers of court rules with case law and secondary sources, preparing procedural road maps for attorneys in advance of major filings, reviewing documents for form and procedural compliance, navigating complicated deadline...
