We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Aviation practice in Singapore as a member of our Asset Finance team.
Skills and Experience Required
The Role
- Assist the team with all aspects of aviation transactions
- Liaising with clients in relation to transactional matters
- Managing post-closing activities and related matter
- Conducting due diligence
- Proof-reading and checking of documents.
- Checking and preparation of conditions precedent
- Preparing transaction bibles
- Assisting the team in consolidating and updating know-how
- Research work
Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience.
- Experience in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking and finance, asset finance, or corporate transactions.
- Familiarity with aircraft leasing documentation.
- Good spoken and written skills in English
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages and research skills
- Good academic record
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a demanding workload and conflicting priorities.
- Takes ownership of tasks and has initiative
- Proactive attitude to problem solving and a flexible approach to tackling a wide variety of tasks.
- Proficiency with file management systems and record keeping.
- Highly organized and diligent.
