Your role:
Job Responsibilities:
• LCM (Lifecycle Management), Change Management tasks by following Agile Methodology by using tools like Windchill, Azure DevOps.
• Change Management for Labeling & packaging assignments.
• Mechanical Design, Labelling Design using CAD
• Compiles and writes comprehensive development reports detailing the progress, challenges, and outcomes of supplier transfer projects, ensuring accurate documentation and communication to stakeholders.
• Able to create and review technical documentations like DFMEA, PFMEA, Test protocols.
• Addresses routine practical and theoretical challenges by solving measurement and computational problems to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Assists in the development of initial plans and provides support for developing activities related to supplier transfers, obsolescence management, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinates the integration of purchased elements and existing components into products, systems, or solutions, ensuring seamless assembly and adherence to standards.
• Assists in developing both high-level and detailed CAD designs that meet product requirements and adhere to organization’s reference architecture standards for design changes.
• Ensures compliance of raw materials, components, and finished products sourced from suppliers with established standards and specifications.
• Basic knowledge about DFSS, possibilities about AI tools usage.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in LCM, Mechanical Design (Creo), PLM Windchill, Labelling & Packaging

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
