This is a highly strategic, executive-level engineering leadership role responsible for owning and evolving a large-scale identity and data platform that powers AI-driven marketing and customer intelligence capabilities. You will lead a 50–60+ person engineering organization focused on identity resolution, data ingestion, enrichment, and activation across real-time and batch systems. The role sits at the intersection of architecture, AI enablement, and platform scalability, directly shaping how identity data fuels downstream products and machine learning applications. You will define long-term technical vision, ensuring the platform meets the highest standards for performance, reliability, privacy, and compliance. Working closely with executive leadership, product, and AI teams, you will transform identity into a core intelligence layer across the ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic thinking and deep technical credibility are equally critical.
