Job Description
The Event Plan & Vndr Mgmt Spec oversees all aspects of event planning from inception through execution.
- Provides management and operational oversight of all marketing vendors
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manages all facets off-site meetings including event planning, vendor coordination, materials, attendee registration, transportation, accommodations, meals, and technology if required
- Implements an event strategy to achieve financial, operational, and outreach objectives
- Manages budgets and ensures that events stay within cost projections
- Develops marketing collateral including the design, pagination, and distribution of materials
- Oversees gamification of platform management, EMR/E-referral user management, and marketing distribution services
- Manages marketing electronic contact channels and coordinates inquiries and issues resolution
- Manages marketing vendors including credentialing, selection issue resolution, and termination
- Works with leadership to facilitate executive of Lincare Sales Training responsibilities
