Heavy Equipment Training Instructor

As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing the skills and technical expertise of Mi-Jack employees, customers, and service partners. You will deliver instructor-led training through classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and lab-based exercises focused on Mi-Jack and related heavy equipment.

This role combines deep technical knowledge with strong communication and teaching skills to ensure training content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with current equipment designs, service procedures, and safety standards. You will also support continuous improvement of training materials and assist in the development of new courses under the direction of the Training Manager or Director.
