The OCM Lead will support the Make and Plan & Deliver workstream within the Supply Chain Transformation program. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the supply chain organization.
In this role, you will:
Identify and analyze stakeholders across the Make and Plan & Deliver functions.
Develop and maintain the Case for Change for the workstream.
Participate in and/or facilitate sessions to identify, assess, and document change impacts.
Identify learning needs and partner with functional teams to define training requirements.
Develop the Change Management Strategy and Communications Plan.
Establish and coordinate activities for the Change Champion Network.
Create communications, engagement materials, and leadership updates.
Track, measure, and report business readiness and adoption progress.
Who You Are:
Minimum 10 years of Organizational Change Management experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting supply chain functions (e.g., manufacturing, planning, logistics).
Experience leading change in complex, cross‑functional transformation programs.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or global supply chain environments.
OCM certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
