Assistant Superintendent, Electrical Combat

The Assistant Superintendent, Electrical Combat is a frontline leadership role responsible for supporting Electrical operations across assigned areas. Operating under the BIW Business Operating System (BOS), The Assistant Superintendent, Electrical Combat ensures safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of trade work to support ship/unit construction schedules. This role provides technical and resource management for Electrical activities and plays a key role in coaching and mentoring Front Line Supervisors to strengthen trade performance and team effectiveness.
