Job Description
Registered Nurse – Med Surg, Concord, NH. Start date 06/29/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,271–$2,379. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights, 2x3 schedule. This is a hospital-based assignment on a high-acuity Medical-Surgical/Respiratory Care unit.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a high-acuity Med-Surg/Respiratory Care unit
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, manage IVs, and respond to clinical changes
- Perform dysrhythmia monitoring and assist with rhythm analysis during onboarding
- Collaborate with respiratory care, case management, and pharmacy to coordinate patient care
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred)
- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios (approximately 4–5, sometimes 6) and float to related units within the Concord area as needed
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission
- NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses
- BLS required; NHISS needed prior to start
- ACLS preferred
- 1–2 years minimum Med Surg experience; open to Critical Care RN if comfortable with Med-Surg acuity and ratios
- Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding with preferred score 80%
- EMR experience: Cerner preferred but not required
