About the role:
We are seeking a Link Building Expert to join our client's off-site SEO team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience securing high-quality backlinks, conducting strategic outreach, and building relationships with publishers, bloggers, and website owners. This role focuses on earning relevant, authoritative backlinks and brand mentions that improve organic visibility for dental and healthcare clients through ethical, white-hat link-building strategies.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
Secure high-quality backlinks and brand mentions on relevant, authoritative websites with genuine organic traffic.
Conduct outreach to publishers, editors, bloggers, and website owners to build long-term relationships.
Execute targeted outreach campaigns for editorial placements, resource pages, guides, comparison pages, and other relevant content.
Negotiate placement opportunities, pricing, and partnership terms with publishers.
Evaluate websites based on relevance, authority, traffic quality, indexing, and editorial standards.
Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to align link-building campaigns with overall organic growth strategies.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, placements, and campaign performance for reporting.
Prioritize quality, topical relevance, and natural editorial placements over link volume.
Stay up to date with white-hat link-building best practices and industry trends.
Who are we looking for?
2+ years of experience in link building, blogger outreach, digital PR, or editorial outreach.
Proven experience securing high-quality, white-hat backlinks through manual outreach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence in negotiating placements.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Strong understanding of backlink quality, topical relevance, indexing, and SEO best practices.
Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Atlas, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Ability to provide examples of successful backlink placements.
Existing relationships with publishers, bloggers, or editors are a strong plus.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.
Position: Link Building Expert
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Latin America & South Africa
Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm MST
Holidays: 9 Floating Holidays
Salary: USD 1200 - USD 1700 per month + performance bonuses
