General Nurse (Pediatric)

• Responsible for providing comprehensive pediatric nursing care and services for neonatal, infant, child, and adolescent patients in accordance with hospital standards, nursing practice standards, and patient safety regulations
• Prepare medical facilities and equipment required for pediatric patient care to ensure safe, effective, and child-friendly services
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor pediatric patients’ physical and psychological conditions, including vital signs, growth and development, nutritional status, and response to treatment
• Deliver nursing care based on pediatric nursing standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in managing patient care plans
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures by preparing pediatric patients physically and psychologically, while ensuring comfort and emotional support for both patients and families
• Educate patients’ families regarding treatment plans, medication administration, nutrition, home care instructions, and child health promotion as needed
• Provide therapeutic communication and emotional support to pediatric patients and their families to create a safe and supportive care environment
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, reporting systems, and patient medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and patient safety procedures, including infection prevention and control practices in pediatric services
• Participate in mandatory training, competency development programs, and continuing nursing education related to pediatric care

•Minimum Bachelor of Nursing and Ners Professional Program (S.Kep., Ns.)

•Must hold an active lifetime Registration Certificate (STR)

•Have minimum 1 year work experience as a Level I Clinical Nurse.

•Completed Basic Trauma & Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) training

•Preferred: Experienced and certified nurses in Pediatric Ward, NICU, PICU, Pediatric Emergency, or related pediatric services.
