Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX Program Managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence and driving the strategic direction for the Home UX Program Management function
- Lead strategic initiatives to refine and scale core UX processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences by improving bug prioritization, feature readiness reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Influence shared organizational programs and goals by advocating for user-centered development through tools, systems, and collaboration.
- Direct the UX program management for a portfolio of Google Home's highest-priority initiatives, spanning AI infrastructure, subscription services, third-party hardware integrations, and core platform reliability.
- Own the annual and quarterly UX resource and capacity planning process for the 80+ person Home UX organization, aligning staffing with the product roadmap and strategic business objectives.
