About the Position
As a Senior Enterprise Architect Health, you will play a pivotal role at T-Systems, a leading digitalization partner for the healthcare sector. Your primary mission will be to significantly advance the digital transformation within the German healthcare system. You will act as the crucial link, translating complex functional, regulatory, and technical requirements into robust, future-proof IT, cloud, and platform architectures.
You will advise decision-makers at management level and cultivate strong client relationships to develop holistic enterprise, solution, and integration architectures. In this capacity, you will be responsible for creating and ensuring the quality of technical solution concepts for challenging tenders and acquisitions. Furthermore, you will conduct technical workshops, evaluate innovative portfolio elements, and support agile development teams in their architectural decisions. Your deep understanding of the German healthcare system, combined with your expertise in areas such as Enterprise Architecture Management, cloud architectures, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR/HL7), will be crucial for creating sustainable added value and actively shaping the digitalization of the health sector. In close collaboration with Sales and Presales, you will transform visions into concrete solutions and continuously monitor market and technology trends to drive new initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- Profound knowledge of the German healthcare system
- Practical experience with Kubernetes and modern container technologies
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Existing network in the healthcare sector (e.g., with health insurance companies, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, hospital organizations, or their IT service providers)
- Experience with regulatory procedures, certifications, or industry-specific approval processes (e.g., in the KBV or TI environment)
- Experience with platform approaches, low-code technologies, document management, ECM, or digital self-service solutions in a healthcare context
- Experience in technical product management, business development, or in the further development of digital solution portfolios
- Knowledge of classic infrastructure topics such as data center, network, compute, storage, or operating architectures
