Key Responsibilities:
MDM Implementation and Management:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based MDM solutions, ensuring integration with existing enterprise systems and data architecture.
• Manage the end-to-end MDM lifecycle, from data modeling and standardization to governance and quality assurance.
• Work closely with business users to define master data requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Ensure MDM solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy regulations.

SaaS Platform Expertise:

• Provide expertise in the implementation and configuration of MDM SaaS solutions (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Reltio, Profisee, or similar platforms).
• Optimize cloud-based MDM platforms for performance, ensuring efficient data processing, scalability, and flexibility to meet growing business needs.
• Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in cloud technologies and data management, advising on the integration of new features or tools.

Data Governance and Quality:

• Establish and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of master data across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent definition and use of master data across the organization.
• Implement data quality rules and monitoring processes to proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Integration and Automation:

• Design and manage integrations between the MDM platform and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, and BI tools), ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Leverage API integrations, ETL processes, and automation tools to streamline data synchronization between the MDM platform and other applications.
• Work closely with IT and technical teams to develop and manage data pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the MDM platform.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to business users, ensuring they understand the MDM processes, data standards, and the use of the SaaS platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for MDM-related queries and issues, troubleshooting and resolving any challenges that arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM processes, data models, workflows, and system configurations.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track MDM performance metrics, data quality trends, and compliance with data governance policies.
• Work with business intelligence teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting using master data from the MDM platform.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data quality analysis and reporting.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the MDM framework, ensuring that master data processes are efficient and cost-effective.
• Monitor the effectiveness of MDM strategies and platforms, recommending and implementing enhancements as necessary.
• Participate in system upgrades and vendor evaluations to ensure the MDM platform remains cutting-edge and capable of meeting business needs.

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with a strong background in SaaS-based MDM platforms such as Informatica, Talend, Reltio, or Profisee.
• Proven experience with data governance, data quality management, and data modeling.
• Experience with integrating MDM platforms with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in MDM SaaS platforms, with hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and data integration technologies (e.g., API, ETL, middleware).
• Experience with scripting and automation tools to support data workflows and integrations.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality tools.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex data issues and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into MDM requirements and solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments, including IT, HR, finance, and business units.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certifications in MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend) or data governance tools.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
