We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has solid experience dealing with key customers face to face, generating profit from existing customer relationships and who is commercially savvy in creating value led deals for their customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your technical expertise with commercial drive working closely with customers to deliver innovative electronic solutions and supporting them from concept through to production.

This role is all about driving profit through existing business relationships and adding real value to your customer base.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintains and monitors pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities.
  • Supports supplier's strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximize profitable growth, and customer expansion.
  • Prioritize customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success.
  • Closely manages profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profit.
  • Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers
  •  business goal and, growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and owns execution of business plan.
  • Maintain and monitors pipelines and metrics for assigned customers, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities.
  • Perform critical customer analysis to identify and leverage the partner’s marketing programs to achieve growth in their customer’s solutions capability.
  • Supports supplier's strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximize profitable growth, and customer expansion.
  • Work directly with suppliers to engage with new customers and target technologies.
  • Deliver territory forecasting and sales development plans.
  • Provide information to customers on products and services.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant experience in technical sales and / or business development, ideally within the electronic or component distribution market
  • Ability to lead negotiations on medium-sized, complex accounts plans own territory or account approach.
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
  • Commercially driven, with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
