Position Overview : Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a key role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You’ll be responsible for configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in healthcare Responsibilities: Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders Support product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed Pay Rate: $17.31/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm OR 8:00am-4:30pm Some overtime as required
