Contracts Performance Manager

An exciting opportunity exists at Barnes Aerospace for a Contracts Performance Manager for GE Aerospace account within the Sales Ops & Commercial Team. The Contracts Performance Manager is responsible for supporting the sales function in various process steps, from negotiating contract terms and leading deals from verbal acceptance to signing, managing contracts after signing, and building and maintaining customer relationships as the primary points of contact with GE Aerospace. As the Contracts Performance Manager, you will own the full contract lifecycle — from verbal deal acceptance through signing and ongoing management. This role ensures contract compliance, monitors escalations, and drives profitable execution of customer agreements across regions, products, or component repairs.
