Job Description

Design and develop an integrated curriculum for external learners focusing on chip manufacturing, incorporating the latest advancements and technologies in the field. Collaborate with faculty from high schools, community colleges, undergraduate, and graduate programs to ensure the curriculum meets the educational and professional needs of students at each level. Implement effective pedagogical strategies for various learning environments and student backgrounds, with a particular attention to distance learning and the use of virtual reality platforms. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum, making adjustments based on feedback and emerging industry trends. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of the latest educational technologies and methodologies for effective teaching and learning. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
