Overnight Custodian, Woodlake Market

Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces. Clean and maintaining furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility. Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities. Clean office areas, as assigned. Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris. Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator. Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator. This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours are between 9:00pm - 5:00am.
