At Ruby Hill Golf Club, we take pride in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. A clean, welcoming environment is a key part of that experience, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.
Position Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all clubhouse facilities, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and inviting environment for members, guests, and team members. This position plays an important role in upholding the high standards of excellence that Ruby Hill is known for.
Essential Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, meeting rooms, and other clubhouse spaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
- Replenish restroom and housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly.
- Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and event setup or breakdown as needed.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to maintain a first-class member experience.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with members, guests, and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
