Key Skills & Qualifications We’re Looking For:

Program Management: Proven experience in overseeing complex programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Business Development: Experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities, including contract proposals and expanding existing relationships.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving the success of programs.
Federal Experience: Prior experience working with federal organizations is preferred, but not required.
Proposal & Capture Management: Experience in proposal management, including leveraging past performance and developing compelling proposals.
Clearance: U.S. Federal security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
