Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers across Eastern European markets, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Manage the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from order entry through invoicing and after-sales support
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Planning, Operations, and Sales to align on capacity, availability, and customer expectations
  • Monitor and drive performance against key service KPIs, ensuring high-quality and reliable delivery
  • Identify and resolve root causes of issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with export, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Support process standardization, harmonization, and documentation across the region
  • Contribute to a scalable and efficient customer service model aligned with business growth

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash processes
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC flows and their impact on the business
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP OTC modules)
  • Proven ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and actively contribute to performance improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect operational activities to the bigger business picture
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
  • Fluency in English; additional Eastern European languages are a strong advantage
  • Experience supporting or working with Eastern European markets is preferred
