Construction Project Manager- Apple Park Zone

We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers around the world. As part of our Places Construction team embedded at Apple Park, you'll play a significant role in shaping one of the most architecturally and technically demanding corporate campuses in the world — while it remains fully occupied and operational. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to own the delivery of a high-volume portfolio of smaller, complex projects within the Apple Park zone. This includes technical laboratory fit-outs, R&D workspace upgrades, and infrastructure improvements — all executed within the constraints of a live, occupied campus and Apple's uncompromising design standards. This role demands a rare combination: the ability to manage many projects simultaneously with precision and calm, deep experience with technically complex spaces, fluency in design-build delivery, and the interpersonal skill to coordinate work in an environment where Apple's world-class teams are operating every single day.
