The Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality direct and indirect patient care within the assigned unit. This full-time day shift position involves applying clinical judgment, interpretive skills, and effective communication to support patient care delivery. Frequent interaction, collaboration, and consultation with interdisciplinary healthcare team members are essential to ensure safe, effective, and coordinated patient outcomes.
