Program Supervisor - Permanent Supportive Housing

Metropolitan Family Services’ permanent supportive housing program supports individual and families with disabilities to achieve housing stability. This position provides supervisory leadership for the program, including ensuring the overall implementation of the program and budget monitoring. Administers all aspects of a program, including quality of service, personnel matters, maintaining contact with community groups, collaborating with community agencies, and assisting the manager when required. Responsible for supervising assigned programs and staff. Interviews, onboards, trains, and evaluates new employees. Works with diverse staff and service population.
