Job Description

  • Lead account management duties for LCS accounts, including strategic planning, quarterly plans and driving to ambitious goals.
  • Lead meetings with customers regarding product and advertising opportunities, ensuring customers are satisfied with their business growth.
  • Identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals. Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to customers, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness. 
  • Manage operations within the Sales team, prioritizing and executing initiatives and ensuring accountability to team goals. 
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for customer accounts and campaigns.
