Douyin KOL Livestream Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of Douyin (DY) KOL livestream collaborations, including pre-livestream preparation, timeline management, and hands-on execution support to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Dcom, brand, media) and external partners (livestream vendors, MCNs, KOL teams), maintaining day-to-day communication to track readiness, identify risks, and resolve execution issues.
• Support Dcom ABM on livestream content ideation by translating Douyin content trends into clear, executable ideas for KOL livestream content.
• Track and consolidate livestream performance data, support post-livestream reviews, and summarize execution learnings to continuously optimize future KOL collaborations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in Douyin content, livestream formats, and platform trends; experience in KOL collaboration or livestream execution is a plus.
• Solid communication and coordination skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and execution mindset, with attention to detail and accountability.
• Creative and proactive, able to turn ideas into practical execution plans.
