Introduction

Do you like working close to real data and seeing the impact of your work in production?
In this role, you help keep our products running on clean, timely, and trusted reference data.
You work hands on with data sources from onboarding to release and make sure they are mapped, validated, and ready for use.
You take real ownership, work on data that matters, and quickly build strong expertise in areas like identifiers, taxonomies, and data quality.
This is a great role if you enjoy combining analysis, structure, and practical execution.

What you will do

•    Gather and document requirements for instrument and issuer reference data
•    Analyse data feeds and define mappings, data models, and rules to build a reliable golden copy
•    Implement validation checks, reconciliation, and controls including handling of duplicates and exceptions
•    Ensure secure data transfer and manage ongoing data changes
•    Identify risks early and drive improvements or automation opportunities
•    Collaborate with Product, IT, and Operations, and support testing, documentation, and releases

What you will bring

•    2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial or reference data
•    Solid understanding of instrument and issuer master data concepts
•    Experience working with multiple data sources and aligning them into a consistent view
•    Hands-on experience with validation, reconciliation, and exception handling
•    Ability to write clear specifications and acceptance criteria and work with common data formats (CSV, JSON, XML) and tools
•    Strong analytical and technical skills (SQL, advanced Excel, basic Python), familiarity with Jira and Confluence, and clear communication in English
