Descripción del puesto Motion Designer creates engaging animated, video, and short‑form digital content to boost brand awareness and drive engagement. This role is responsible for editing, light animation, and visual storytelling, transforming concepts into polished, on‑brand videos optimized for digital platforms. They specialize in using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D software (like Cinema 4D) while collaborating with creative and marketing teams to ensure high‑quality execution from concept through final delivery. Responsabilidades Design and produce high‑quality, on‑brand motion graphics, animated logos, kinetic typography, title sequences, and short‑form video assets for digital advertising. Bring storyboards to life using typography, footage, still imagery, patterns, and additional brand elements. Develop storyboards, animatics, and creative concepts aligned with marketing strategy and campaign objectives. Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, editors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, on‑brand video content. Edit footage and integrate motion graphics and light animation into video projects for polished deliverables. Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and platform‑specific requirements to optimize digital content performance. Ensure alignment and quality from concept through final delivery in all video and motion design outputs. Cualificaciones 2–3+ years of professional motion design experience in agency or in‑house marketing environments, producing on‑brand content for digital platforms. Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with experience creating short‑form, digital‑first video content. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling, combining core design principles with animation. A strong portfolio/reel showcasing 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, video editing, and short‑form storytelling skills. Bonus: Proficiency in 3D modeling/animation (Cinema 4D, Blender) and motion tracking.
