Sub 1:1 Nurse

Description:
Celina City Schools is seeking a qualified and compassionate substitute 1:1 nurse to provide individualized medical support for a student during the school day. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the student's health, safety, and access to education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a designated student throughout the school day
• Monitor and respond to the student's medical needs in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as required
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided
• Collaborate with school staff to support the student's educational experience
• Respond to medical emergencies as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio nursing license (RN or LPN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

• This is a substitute, as-needed position with potential for regular assignments based on student needs
• School-day hours; no evenings or weekends required
