Senior Manager, High Net Worth Case Management
Job Description
Job Role: As a HNW Case Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing life insurance applications to ensure all underwriting requirements are met
You will coordinate closely with the Underwriting and Distribution teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient application process, ensuring compliance with company medical requirements and applicable regulations
Key Responsibilities: Review and preview incoming life insurance applications for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with Underwriting and Distribution to obtain necessary medical reports and underwriting decisions
Liaise with Distribution teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with sales procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Track and monitor application progress to ensure timely processing and approval
Communicate effectively with insurance intermediaries and internal departments regarding application status and requirements
Maintain accurate records of application reviews and correspondence
Stay updated on industry regulations, product features, and company policies related Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in life insurance underwriting, case management, or a related role is preferred
Experience in HNW field is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of medical underwriting procedures and insurance regulations in Hong Kong
Excellent communication and coordination skills in Cantonese and English
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of relevant compliance and sales practices
